In loving memory of Jamie Bulger - The aim of Red Balloon Learner Centres is the recovery of bullied children. Each Centre provides an 'intensive care' full-time education for children aged between 10 and 17 who are being severely bullied. Red Balloon Learner Centre - Liverpool will be housed in James Bulger House, and is expected to open in 2009/10. Please donate what you can for this special charity.
